Give meetings, video calls and creative work a dedicated place away from the activity of a shared workspace. This enclosed acoustic meeting pod is designed to help reduce surrounding distractions, with room for small-group conversations, livestreams and focused individual tasks.

Use it as a defined setting for client discussions, interviews, remote presentations or on-camera content. In an office or creative workspace, it can also give calls and concentrated planning a space of their own.

  • Enclosed multipurpose booth: Set up one dedicated space for meetings, streaming, video conferences and individual work.
  • Designed for sound reduction: Acoustic performance varies with the surrounding environment and installation.
  • Approximate assembled dimensions (W × D × H): 7 ft 2.61 in wide × 4 ft 11.06 in deep × 7 ft 8.52 in high (86.61 × 59.06 × 92.52 inches). Allow additional room for access, door operation and installation.

Warehouse pickup and delivery

Approximate crated weight: 4,000 lb. Forklift service is recommended for loading and unloading. Customers should coordinate suitable transportation and handling arrangements with their carrier before scheduling warehouse pickup.

Vanity Slabs Inc. will accommodate pickup of the crated pod from our warehouse. The customer is responsible for arranging and coordinating pickup and delivery, either personally or through a carrier of their choice. Contact us to schedule warehouse pickup before dispatching a vehicle or carrier. Transportation and delivery services are not included in the product price.

Assembly is required, and professional assembly is recommended.

Before planning the installation, confirm the required overhead clearance. Then map out enough surrounding space to bring the pod into place and use its door.
